Judith A. Hale, Ph.D., CPT, CACP, CIDD, and ibstpi Fellow, (Judy) has worked with clients in all industries in the private and public sectors for more than 25 years. She is an expert at explaining complex ideas so people understand their relevance.
Judy has developed useful models for implementing new programs, identifying organizational needs, defining and assessing competencies, and integrating performance management with learning and development. She holds online workshops for professionals who want to develop skills in consulting and credentialing.
